Frosty thumbprints

What can I say?  Sometimes a Duke game just dictates that one enjoy a frosty one!

However, we can also incorporate fun with work!  These shots do relate to the Biocommunications macro assignments.  Both were shot 1:1 using a Canon 30D, EF100mm macro lens, ISO 500.  The first was before the golden fluid flowed into the freezer-chilled mug (using an orange filter in front of a side light) – F20 @ 1/4.  The second still shows the print on the now full, sweating glass – o.5 @ F22.

Cheers to all my biocomm compadres – we’re all about to embark on what will hopefully be a most excellent adventure with our first 8-week internship!
